A reply that lands in an inbox and gets forgotten is a lost deal. That is why every conversation the bot has is captured as a structured lead in Meta CRM the moment it starts. Meta CRM comes with every package and needs no separate licence. This is what goes into it, what is kept out of it on purpose, and where it hands over to the CRM a company already runs.
Every message, reply, meeting and note is attached to the lead's timeline as it happens. There is no manual data entry and no “update the CRM later” that never happens. Status and reminders sit on the same record. CRM auto-update is part of Starter, Pro and Premium alike, together with the core sales KPIs.
Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp land on the same contact, with no duplicates and every reply in one history. When a buyer answers on LinkedIn after ignoring two emails, the AI knows about the emails, and a colleague who opens the contact sees the whole conversation in one place. The contact data does not have to be bought or imported either: B2B data comes from the Apollo lead data pool, included with no separate credits, and is enriched in the background into one contact base and your own CRM.

The built-in CRM is enough to run on by itself. Connectors to company CRMs are added as Market plugins, so qualified leads can move into your primary CRM when a deal is ready. A DASS CRM connector is in beta, and Salesforce and HubSpot are coming. A plugin sits on the same shelf as the business modules for CRM, finance, proposals, travel orders and the task board: the same panel and the same rules as the rest of the product. Either way, your data stays yours.
It is not a second subscription: the CRM, the data and the AI sales agent are included in every package, and there are no separate data tools to buy. Nor does it ask you to switch off the CRM you run today. Until the connector for yours is live, the built-in one carries the whole pipeline on its own.
