The same decision engine that works your Sales Navigator lists also reads and answers your business mailbox.

Most companies run a LinkedIn tool and a separate email tool, with two different personalities talking to the same market. One knows the prospect opened yesterday's email; the other sends a connection request as if it had never heard of them. META CRM Bot runs both channels from one consistent decision engine, with the same reading of the person, the same product choice and the same record of what was said. In the Pro and Premium packages it adds a third, WhatsApp.
Before anything is sent on either channel, the engine reads the person (role, company, industry, in whatever language the profile is written in) and returns a structured decision: which of your products, which persona, which angle. That decision belongs to the person and holds on every channel. Every send records which product and persona it was about, so when a reply arrives on LinkedIn or by email the AI continues that same conversation. It never switches offers mid-thread just because the channel changed.
The email side works with your normal business mailbox over standard SMTP and IMAP: your domain, your sending reputation, your control. It does not send through mail servers of its own. Each email is composed for one person and sent at a sensible moment, spread across the working day like a human writing them, with conservative daily volumes that warm up gradually.
Connected to the mailbox, the assistant also reads what comes in. It understands the reply, answers questions, sends your presentation and proposes a meeting, all under your approval rules with a human in the loop. Every email is linked to the right lead in the CRM. A genuine reply stops the automated sequence for that person at once, so nobody receives the next scheduled step after they have already answered.
The channels pass what they learn to each other. People who opened or clicked your emails move to the front of the LinkedIn queue: the AI finds them on Sales Navigator and checks that it is really the same person (same name, same company, the role you target) before sending anything. Already connected means a direct message, which costs nothing; not yet connected means a connection request, and an InMail for the warmest leads. An uncertain match is never messaged.
One brain does not mean one set of limits. LinkedIn activity runs inside the recipient country's business hours, with messages at least 60 seconds apart, connection requests at least 20, and LinkedIn's weekly invitation limit counted from the real send ledger. Email follows the mailbox's own gradual warm-up and volumes. WhatsApp, the third channel in Pro and Premium, is used only where the person may be contacted there: consent is checked first, and where that condition is not met the step does not exist for that contact.
Meeting requests are parsed out of natural replies and turned into a proposed slot on your calendar automatically, so there is no manual back-and-forth to find a time that works. A positive reply on any channel enters the same booking flow, ending in a real slot, a real invitation and the CRM updated as it happens. Only an unambiguous yes books a meeting; an unclear answer gets one neutral clarifying question first.
Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp all land on the same contact in the built-in CRM, with no duplicates and every reply in one history, so a colleague who opens the contact sees the whole conversation. A no is respected everywhere: someone who asks to be left alone on LinkedIn does not receive a WhatsApp message the next morning, and opt-outs are recognised in every supported language and kept permanently.
