No reply is not an answer

Email, then LinkedIn, then WhatsApp — one person, one timeline, and a positive reply on any channel books the same meeting.

Most outreach treats silence as a verdict. The email sequence runs its three steps, nobody answers, and the contact is marked cold. But silence usually means something much more ordinary: the message arrived on a busy Tuesday, was read on a phone, and was never picked up again. The person may be exactly the right buyer. They simply were not reached on the channel they actually use. A single-channel tool cannot tell those two situations apart. A sales team can, and so should the software doing its work.

Channel one: a personal first email

Everything starts with an email written for one person, around their role, their company and the product from your catalogue that fits them. The follow-ups respond to what happened. If they reply, the conversation continues there. If they do not, the email is not wasted: whether it was opened and whether a link was clicked is information, and it decides what happens next.

Channel two: LinkedIn, starting with the warmest

People who opened or clicked your emails move to the front of the queue. The AI finds them on Sales Navigator and checks that it is really the same person (same name, same company, the role you target) before anything is sent. If you are already connected, it sends a direct message, which costs nothing. If not, it sends a connection request, and for the warmest leads an InMail, so paid credits go where interest is highest. An uncertain match is never messaged. Writing to the wrong person with the right name is worse than not writing at all.

Channel three: WhatsApp, only where it is allowed

WhatsApp is the third step, part of the Pro and Premium packages, and the one with the strictest gate. It is used only when the person may be contacted there: consent is checked first. If that condition is not met, the step does not exist for that contact. In many markets WhatsApp is where business actually gets done, which is exactly why it has to be used with more care than email, not less.

One person, one timeline

The three channels are not three campaigns. Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp all land on the same contact in the built-in CRM, with no duplicates and every reply in one history. When the buyer answers on LinkedIn after ignoring two emails, the AI knows about the emails. When a colleague opens the contact, they see the whole conversation in one place.

Any yes goes to the same calendar

A positive reply on any channel enters the same booking flow: a real slot in a real calendar and a real invitation, and the CRM updated as it happens. And a no on any channel is respected everywhere. If someone asks to be left alone on LinkedIn, they do not receive a WhatsApp message the next morning. Stopping is permanent across channels, in every language.

Every step can be seen and changed

The whole sequence is drawn as a flow in Flow Studio: which channel follows which, how long to wait, when a lead counts as warm, which markets allow which channel. You can change the order for one product or one country without touching the others, and rehearse the change in Test Lab before it runs on a single real contact.
