Every serious buyer has a tool nobody's roadmap includes. That is a pricing and packaging problem before it is an engineering one.

Platform demos go the same way. The capability list is impressive, the buyer nods, and then asks about the one system their business actually runs on: a regional CRM, a portal their industry lives in, a homegrown thing from 2014. The usual answer is a roadmap slide. The more useful answer is a shelf that can grow to include it.
Capability is organised as plugins on shelves: channels such as LinkedIn, email and meeting booking; data and enrichment including Hunter, Company Intelligence and the Connections Book; business modules covering CRM, finance, proposals, travel orders and the task board; delivery and trust, which is where the deliverability guard and address verification sit; and the platform shelf carrying the AI engine, translation, fleet control and background agents. Of the 28, 19 are live, 4 are in beta and 5 are on the way.
Plugins are not priced one by one. Starter, Pro and Premium decide how deep the platform goes (research depth, channels, model tier, intelligence and KPIs), and the data plumbing behind the plugins stays out of sight: the customer never buys or manages an external data tool. That is what makes the shelf real.
When a business runs on something that is not on the shelf yet, it gets added as one: same panel, same CRM, same rules. A bespoke integration living beside the product is the kind that stops being maintained the moment the person who built it moves on.
For a reseller or integrator, the shelf is the offer: you match a customer to Starter, Pro or Premium and point to the plugins their stack needs, without waiting on a roadmap or quoting custom work for each deal. The customer's unusual tool stops being the reason the deal stalls.
