Every sales automation gets tested on real buyers eventually. Test Lab moves that test to a prospect who does not exist.

Every piece of sales automation is tested on someone. The only question is who. For most tools the answer is the first real buyer who receives the message: the flow goes live, somebody replies with an objection nobody anticipated, and you find out how the system handles it by reading what it already sent. That is a strange way to treat the one channel where a mistake has your name on it. Test Lab exists so the first person to hear a new flow is a simulated prospect, and the first person to judge it is you.
A normal software test checks that a button does what it did yesterday. A sales flow is not a button. It reads a reply in whatever language it was written in, decides what the person meant, picks which of your products fits, chooses an argument, waits, switches channel and books a calendar slot. Most of that depends on what the other side says, and on time passing. You cannot check it by looking at a template, because there is no template: every message is written for the person receiving it. The only honest test is to have a conversation with it.
Test Lab runs your complete journey against a simulated prospect you define, using the real AI, your real rules, your real product knowledge and your real flows from Flow Studio. The prospect could be a plant manager at a German machine builder who writes in German, or a CFO in Austria who is not in a buying mood. Because it is the same engine, what passes here is what will run in production. A mock that behaved differently from the live system would only teach you about the mock.
Write any reply you like. Yes. No. We already have a supplier. Send me something by email. Remove me. For each one you see how the AI classified it (intent, sentiment, meeting intent), what it answered, and which product it chose to talk about. This is where most of the value is: the objections your salespeople hear every week can each be tried in a minute, and you can see whether the Persuasion Agent answers the actual objection or only something near it.
Half of a sales flow is waiting. The email is opened but not answered. The LinkedIn request is ignored. Three days pass. In production you would wait those three days to see what happens next; in Test Lab you press +1 hour, +1 day or +3 days and watch the follow-up, the switch from email to LinkedIn, the InMail for a warm lead and the booking fire in order. A sequence that would take two weeks to observe live takes a few minutes to walk through.
The failures you least want to discover live are the ones that are not about the buyer at all. The mailbox goes down in the middle of a sequence. The calendar is unreachable when someone says yes. Test Lab lets you simulate both and see what the flow does when the world does not cooperate: whether it retries, waits, or tells someone. It is also the place to confirm the rule that must never bend: that a stop, in any language, ends the conversation for good.
Each reply in a simulation shows the trace behind it: which agent answered, which prompt version it used, which rules applied, which knowledge it drew on and which model ran. When an answer is wrong, you do not have to guess why. You rate it, correct the product knowledge on the spot, and re-run the same scenario. Then you compare the old answer and the new one side by side before anything reaches a real inbox.
No email, LinkedIn message, WhatsApp or calendar invitation is sent from Test Lab. No lead is created in the CRM and no KPI moves, so your dashboards stay true. Simulations are recorded separately from live activity, so testing never distorts your pipeline numbers. Test Lab is an add-on in Starter, included in Pro and available in its advanced form in Premium. You go live when the conversation reads right.
